We're closing the Well-Read Black Girl Festival with a special panel discussion dedicated to James Baldwin - the exclusive panel will feature #BealeStreet actress Ebony Obsidian, author Jacqueline Woodson, scholar Dr. Imani Perry, and Blackstar Film Festival founder Maori Karmael Holmes.

If Beale Street Could Talk is Ebony's first role in a major motion picture. We are thrilled to celebrate her achievement and shine a light on Baldwin's prolific work. Major thank you to Barry Jenkins & Annapurna Pictures!
